The Insure Your Aid Program covers the cost of repairing or replacing your accidentally lost or damaged hearing instrument(s). In case of damage or accidental loss, the manufacturer will repair or replace your hearing instrument and return it to your dispensing office/clinic. Midwest Hearing Industries will make payment direct to the manufacturer for the repair or replacement. With the Insure Your Aid coverage, all incidental service charges (for ear impressions, hearing tests, shipping & handling, etc.) by your dispensing office/clinic will be your responsibility.

The Refitting Allowance Program also covers the cost of repairing or replacing your accidentally lost or damaged hearing instrument(s). Midwest Hearing Industries will make payment direct to the manufacturer for the repair or replacement and a refitting allowance will be paid to your dispensing office/clinic.

The Plus 150 Program provides the same protection against accidental loss or damage as the Insure Your Aid Program. In addition, Midwest Hearing Industries will pay your dispensing office/clinic $150.00 of incidental service charges directly associated with the replacement of your hearing instrument.

* The above premiums are per hearing instrument. Binaural hearing instruments are considered two hearing instruments.
